About us

Stewart McConnach, born in the Orkney Islands and raised in the Highlands, learned to appreciate the goodness in traditional recipes from his father, Bob McConnach, also a baker. 

Stewart uses the finest ingredients, allowing you to enjoy the unique taste of Caithness Biscuits.

He and his team produce the hand-made biscuits with care and attention to detail so that the final product has all the appeal of a home-made biscuit.
